How the estimate works

Most YouTubers price a sponsorship by the views a normal video gets, as a price per 1,000 views (CPM). This calculator uses common ranges: about $10–$30 per 1,000 views for a 30–90 second integration, $25–$60 for a dedicated video and $3–$10 for a Short, adjusted up for niches advertisers pay more for (finance, business, tech) and slightly down for others (gaming, books).

When you only know subscribers, it estimates views from how channels of that size actually perform in the UGC Finder directory. That's a guess: two channels with 50K subscribers can get 2,000 or 40,000 views, so always check their recent videos.

How to get a better deal

  • Pay for views, not subscribers: look at the median of their last 10 long videos.
  • Start with smaller creators. Under 20K subscribers, many will try your game or app for a free copy.
  • Ask for their rate card and what's included: link in the description, pinned comment, usage rights.
  • Bundle: two integrations a month apart often cost less than one dedicated video and reach people twice.

Frequently asked questions

How much do YouTubers charge for a sponsorship?

Usually between $10 and $30 per 1,000 typical views for an integration, more for a dedicated video and much less for a Short. A creator whose videos get 10,000 views might ask $100–$300 for an integration.

Do small YouTubers work for free?

Often, yes. Channels under about 20,000 subscribers regularly cover games, apps and products in exchange for a free copy, especially when the email is personal and the product fits their channel.

Is a dedicated video worth it?

For launches, sometimes: the whole video is about you. For most indie games and apps, a few integrations or free-copy reviews across several smaller channels reach more of the right people for the same money.

Where does the view estimate come from?

From the typical views per video of channels the same size in the UGC Finder directory, which is built from public YouTube statistics and refreshed regularly.
