YouTube Channel Analyzer
Before you pitch a YouTuber, check the numbers that matter: how many views a normal video gets, how engaged their viewers are, how often they post, whether they list a business email, and a fair sponsorship price.
Why typical views beat subscribers
Subscriber counts add up over years; views show who's watching now. The analyzer takes the median views of the channel's recent uploads (the median, so one viral video doesn't skew it), skips videos less than three days old, and looks at long videos and Shorts separately.
Engagement is likes plus comments per view on those videos. Around 3–6% is healthy for most niches; small channels are often higher.
What to do with the numbers
- Typical views tell you what a sponsorship is worth: price per 1,000 views, not per subscriber.
- Posting every week or two and an upload in the last month means they're active and likely to answer.
- Mostly Shorts? Great for quick reach; for a proper review of a game or app, long videos work better.
- A business email in the description means they welcome pitches. Write a short, personal one.
Frequently asked questions
Is the YouTube Channel Analyzer free?
Yes. Visitors can check a few channels a day without an account, and a free account gives you more lookups. Everything shown comes from public YouTube data.
How is the engagement rate calculated?
Likes plus comments divided by views, over the channel's recent uploads. It's an estimate from public numbers, not YouTube's own analytics.
Can I see the creator's business email?
The analyzer tells you whether the creator lists a business email in their channel description. The email itself is included with any UGC Finder plan, together with every creator's links and a ready-to-send outreach email.
Why are some numbers missing?
Some channels hide their subscriber count or have too few recent videos to measure. New uploads (under three days old) are left out because their views are still growing.
Skip the one-by-one checking.
UGC Finder already has these numbers for thousands of creators, sorted by niche, size, language and country, with their business emails.
