Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use UGC Finder. By using the site you agree to them, and you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, because UGC Finder uses YouTube API Services. Google's Privacy Policy also applies to that data.

What UGC Finder is

A directory of public creator channels with tools to search, filter and save them. Listings are built from public information and may be incomplete or out of date. Figures we calculate, such as median views and engagement, are estimates.

Using the site fairly

  • Contact creators respectfully and only about relevant business. No spam, harassment or mass unsolicited messages.
  • Don't copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, or resell its data.
  • Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
  • Follow the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam laws such as Canada's CASL and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Plans, payments and renewals

  • Prices are in US dollars and shown on the Pricing page. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • The 7-day pass is a one-time payment. It ends by itself after 7 days and doesn't renew.
  • Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • A Team plan covers up to 5 people. The owner is responsible for who they invite and for the plan's payments.
  • We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you before a change affects a plan you already have.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Creators

If your channel is listed, you can claim or remove it at any time; see the Privacy Policy. A listing doesn't mean a creator endorses UGC Finder or any brand using it.

No guarantees

UGC Finder is provided as is. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available or that listings are accurate, and we aren't responsible for agreements you make with creators. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
