Questions
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing.Prices are in US dollars.
Does the weekly pass renew?
No. You pay $10 once and it simply ends after 7 days. Your saved list stays; you can buy another pass any time.
Can I get a refund?
All payments are final, because a plan unlocks every creator and email right away. We do refund duplicate charges and problems on our side; see the Refund Policy. You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan any time.
What happens when a plan ends?
Search results and contact details lock again until you renew. Nothing is deleted: your saved creators, notes and contacted marks are still there when you come back.
How does the Team plan work?
The owner invites up to 5 people by email from Settings. Everyone shares one shortlist, sees which creators a teammate already contacted, and can leave notes for each other on any creator.
Where do the emails come from?
From what creators publish in their own YouTube channel description, or add themselves after claiming their profile. Creators can update or remove them at any time.
