BROOKI
English · 🇦🇺 Australia · Long videos + Shorts · ~2 min · last upload 2 days ago
Hi, I'm Brooke — founder of Brooki Bakehouse, the Brisbane-born bakery home to the internet's favourite cookies. I started in a 41sqm shop and turned it into a global cookie brand with stores opening in Melbourne, London and Dubai. This channel is the unfiltered story behind the storefront — the recipes, the chaos, the wins, the lessons, and a real day in the life of a bakery owner trying to take a brand global. Subscribe to follow along: new flavours, new store openings and the real story behind the brand.
